Welcome to the A2K Mentee Matching Form. This is the place for you to tell us more about yourself so that we can match you with a student mentor.
Please complete this form as fully as possible. When the form is complete it will help us to find the best mentor match possible. You will receive an email once a match has been found.
The form should take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. You will need to complete the form all in one sitting, because there is not the option to return at a later date.
